4. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer free shipping promotions on certain order values or campaigns.

  • A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using this number.

6. Secure Packaging

  • All orders are securely packed to avoid damage.

  • In case of damage, please provide clear photos and an unboxing video within 48 hours.

7. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If a delivery fails due to wrong address or recipient unavailability:

    • The courier will attempt delivery again.

    • If undelivered, the item may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
