At Electro Hub, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims regarding damage, wrong items, or missing products.

A flat Rs. 200 return shipping fee will apply in all cases.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Once approved, we will share the return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your unboxing video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Currently, all products are eligible for return, provided they meet the general conditions above.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges if:

The wrong item was delivered
You must send back the original product first (with unboxing video), after which we will ship the replacement.
Refunds:

For Cash on Delivery orders, a bank account will be required
